Pancit Efuven are Ilonggo flat egg noodles (quite similar to what Italians call the fettucini), cooked the usual pancit guisado way. We mixed our stash with a bit of sotanghon to achieve that bam-i "look-feel". An added bonus for today's merienda are two chicken pies from good ole Conti's. Pasensya na, may halo kami ng semento mamaya. Hahaha!EKS-OH-EKS-OH

yan pala ang efuven. did you put soy sauce in the pancit? or parang pancit puti lang siya?
