I am on sick leave today. Such a shame because I was all set to have this in my lunchbox...
Our son's recent dengue scare made us resolve even more to take care of our health. And what better and easier way to do it than starting with our diet.
Our son's recent dengue scare made us resolve even more to take care of our health. And what better and easier way to do it than starting with our diet. This dish was inspired by the Spanish Sardines Pasta served at now defunct Cena over at Greenbelt 2. I tried duplicating the dish at home and modesty aside, hindi naman masama ang kinalabasan :) It's easy on the pocket too. No need for those fast cash payday loans because just a little over a hundred bucks can serve a party of eight.
Hope you like it as much as we do!

Good for a day's meal if it's good for eight. This is pretty wise. Heavy meal pa.
That looks yummy! And sounds easy enough too. Good lunch idea for me and hub. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Hmmm...haven't tried this one...I would love to try this, but not to serve to my picky-eater hubby.
