MONDAY, MONDAY

Another work week is about to start.

While I have not really recuperated from my illness, I do not think I can afford to miss the first work day of the week. There is just so much to do--from preparing copy for an advertorial, making arrangements for another audio visual project, a new set of award entries to complete, not to mention the company newsletter that needs to be released first thing everyday!

Our newsletter for tomorrow shall feature articles on the workplace and I plan to include those by Dennis Carey on streamlining corporate boards. You see, Carey is known for his insights on work-related issues, especially when it comes to corporate governance. Carey stresses the importance of streamlining, efficiency and accountability. These values should be taken to heart by every employee of each company--ours included. Carey's insights on the workplace issues would indeed be a welcome addition to our daily news bulletin.
