I was extremely excited upon hearing this bit of news. I bet, not too long from now, a comprehensive review on the Nokia mobile software and hardware of the Tube will be posted at MobUniverse.com, an interesting tech blog on anything mobile-related--from mobile wallpapers, themes, and so much more. The site has indeed been a handy reference for me, especially since I work in the telco industry. An iPhone challenger is indeed what the shrinking touchscreen phone pie needs. Ultimately, the advent of another gizmo in this "elite" arena would benefit mobile users, giving them more units and brands to choose from, and hopefully, would effect a reduction in phone prices.
Industry insiders have given us a first crack at the Tube specs:

- 3.2″ 640×360px, 16M color touchscreen display
- 3.2mpx autofocus camera with dual LED flash and 30 FPS VGA recording
