HUGO, THE BOSS

Thanks to Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, it's now considered fashionable to have pets as arm candy. It's just too bad that our current living arrangement does not allow pets inside the building.

Taking care of my spunky Minipin, Hugo for 5 years gave me an instant internship for parenthood--i.e. trips to the doctor, vaccinations, toilet-training, you get the picture. I also remember enjoying shopping around for Hugo's pet supplies, toys and treats. I was also always on the lookout for collars in every design possible. Buying clothes for Hugo was a toughie, though, because he always insisted on going "commando".

How I miss Hugo, the Boss! :(
